We propose industrial design solutions aimed at reducing costs. One such example is this eye-catching guards which does not, however, work well in the paper production process.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n \n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

For the product launch, the customer commissioned safety guards for a part of the packaging line. The aesthetic look was initially elegant and innovative, giving the customer an edge over the competition. The protective machine fairing conceived in this way was, however, not very functional and came with very high production costs.<\/p>\n

Indeed, the complexity of the design and manufacturing meant that the industrial housing came with an excessive price tag, not in line with the tangible requirements of the digital tissue sector.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n

Once visibility was achieved, the next step was to come up with a style with a more understated and affordable design, resulting in a 50% reduction in production costs, whilst improving the overall functionality. The result is an industrial guarding that, over the years, has become a benchmark in the packaging industry.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
