An automatic braiding machine for weaving chain and leather in the leather goods industry.<\/p>\n

The project stems from a process shared with the client, who was involved in shaping the concept from the earliest sketches through to the solution selected for production.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

The goal? To combine aesthetics and function: a form that engages in dialogue with the finished product, without ever compromising on efficiency, safety, or production sustainability.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Two initial proposals were developed: one more architectural, with clean volumes and a dark palette; the other inspired by the rigor of machine tools.<\/p>\n

From this collaboration emerged a recognizable synthesis: a trapezoidal form with rounded edges that gives the machine its own identity and strengthens its connection to the artisanal excellence of the product.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n

The vertical sliding door, made of black silkscreened polycarbonate, opens automatically, ensuring wide access and full visibility of the work area.<\/p>\n

The hinged, removable side panels allow for quick access during maintenance operations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n

\n Finishes and woven pattern<\/span>\n\n \n <\/path>\n <\/svg>\n <\/div>\n\n

The matte powder coating, in two shades of gray, features a fine textured finish, also chosen to optimize the production cycle.<\/p>\n

The sheet metal surfaces bear a precisely engraved woven pattern, developed specifically for this project: a detail that celebrates the finished product, turning the guard into an element of storytelling.<\/p>\n
