We design machine housings machine framings for industrial plants by developing the design or industrialising the customer’s own project.
For the woodworking industry, we created guarding for different CNC machining centers, both for standard lines and customs solutions.
The WinLine CNC multi-center technology was housed in modular cabins for the Biesse group, which were designed to be soundproofed with sound-absorbing acoustic foam tiles.
We also installed the electrical wiring of the system at the customer’s facility.
Detailed assembly manuals were produced for the installation of these machine casings.
In this case, we started the design from the formal specifications provided by the customer. Light steelwork structures support large doors which open from the top and suspended sliding doors, with no floor tracks, to facilitate loading and unloading operations.
Safety microswitches were installed in specific points to allow easy access for locking and unlocking operations. The CNC machining centres are visible thanks to the polycarbonate openings inserted in the painted sheet metal.
