If you were to ask us what Formest likes doing, we would have to tell you how much we like to party. At work? Yes! Celebrating successes, promoting light-hearted occasions to get together are crucial for the group atmosphere.

But we never do things by chance - we like to give meaning our parties some meaning too!

So, for example, the time we organised a special dinner called “I offer you the good that is in me”. Everyone brought something to eat or drink that they like, perhaps home-made or to cook together.

Because everyone brings a talent, vocation and positive energy with them: symbolically, offering something that we have thought up, procured, cooked ourselves is a way of sharing what we are with the group.

It helped us find positive ways of sitting down together around the table and incorporating them into our daily work.

It goes without saying - it was a blast.
