As a light metalworking company, we mainly deal with the manufacture of industrial bodywork, however, we also have extensive experience in the manufacture of finished machines. Weight Master is an example of a finished product: an in-line weighing conveyor, which optimises the levelling process of the articles to be packaged.
It is, thus, possible to significantly reduce the number of boxes with too many or too few articles.
The mechanical designers perfected the customer’s layout by industrialising the sheet metal parts and created detailed production lists for the management system and all the technical drawings required for the production and assembly stages.
In this job, in addition to the manufacture of the single components, we also took care of the assembly of all the mechanical parts (conveyor belt and drive rollers, electrical wiring and support structure in light metalworking.
Design and production experience in light metalworking of guarding, and cabins for machine tools and industrial plants.
