We integrated our expertise in assembly, mechanical installation and logistics for a leading cableway company.
We revamped the four- and six-person seats by supplying the customer with technical and management support. We reviewed the documentation for the manufacturing specifications, technical drawings and bill of materials to make them more complete and accessible.
To ensure a comprehensive supply to the customer, we took care of defining the work cycles, structural modifications to the frames supplied by the customer, the creation of supports for the transportation and storage, and lastly, the search for complementary products for the installation.
