Formest manufactures complete machines and fully assembled machine units, managing the integration of structural frames, sheet metal fabrications, fixed and movable enclosures, wiring, and components supplied or manufactured according to the customer’s drawings within a single, coordinated production process.

The supply of complete machines is based on the experience gained in the design and production of enclosures for industrial machinery and is aimed at manufacturers and integrators requiring a partner capable of managing complex structures, advanced assemblies, and control of the final result.
The machine is considered as a unified system, in which structure, protection, and functionality are part of the same project.

The realization of a complete machine includes all the phases necessary to transform the project into an assembly ready for use or for integration into the customer’s production process.

Formest directly manages the production of load-bearing structures, precision sheet metal fabrications, and enclosures, up to the mechanical assembly of units including hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, as well as verification of the final assembly.
This approach avoids solutions applied a posteriori and ensures consistency between design, production, and machine operation.

Complete machines are manufactured starting from technical drawings and 3D models provided by the customer or developed in collaboration with our engineering department.

Integrated management of design and production phases makes it possible to optimize structures, reduce interference between mechanical parts and enclosures, improve accessibility and maintenance, and ensure dimensional accuracy and long-term reliability.
