We spend many hours together, and our relationships go beyond daily tasks. We appreciate moments of lightness, informal conversations, and time shared outside the workshop and office.

From time to time, we organize informal gatherings such as barbecues, small celebrations, or aperitifs. Work-related milestones are celebrated together and, when appropriate, personal achievements as well. These are simple occasions to strengthen team spirit and get to know each other better, naturally and without pressure.

We are looking for people interested in becoming part of Formest, with curiosity, willingness to learn, and the desire to grow over time.

Technical skills are important, but we also value attitude, reliability, and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Our selection process is simple and straightforward.

The first contact is an introductory interview, brief and informal, which may take place by phone or in person. Its purpose is to get to know each other and assess whether there are the conditions to continue, from both sides.

If the initial meeting is positive, we proceed with a second, more in-depth interview. During this phase, we present who we are, how Formest is organized, how we work, and the responsibilities associated with the role. At the same time, we take the time to understand the candidate’s expectations.

When there is mutual alignment, we move forward with a job offer. Following discussion and acceptance of the proposal, the onboarding process begins and the candidate joins the company. We aim to maintain clear communication and provide timely feedback throughout the process.
