Colazioni in officina® is a registered trademark and a project developed by Formest to bring young local talents closer to the world of work through direct experience within the company.

The project was created with the aim of introducing participants to Formest, its activities, and its production environment, offering a first concrete approach to workshop work and the professional roles involved.

The day begins with breakfast offered by Formest, an informal welcome moment that allows participants to meet the team in a relaxed setting, ask questions, and start discussing their path and the opportunities available within the company.

This is followed by a guided tour of the production departments, providing insight into processes, technologies, and roles within Formest, while observing daily workshop activities firsthand.

At the end of the experience, introductory interviews are proposed, designed as a first moment of orientation and dialogue, with the aim of evaluating internship and training opportunities within Formest.

Colazioni in officina® represents a concrete commitment by Formest to education, career orientation, and dialogue with the local community, with the objective of supporting young people in making more informed professional choices.

Magnetica Design is the Formest brand dedicated to the design and production of steel accessories and objects, developed through an approach that combines industrial design, sustainability, and circular economy principles.

The project stems from deep knowledge of sheet metal, production processes, and metalworking expertise developed within Formest. The objective is to regenerate value starting from a strong, durable, and infinitely recyclable material, transforming it into objects designed for everyday use.
