Design for climatic chamber guarding
The design study proposed for the industrial enclosure of a climatic test chamber is shown below.
Generally speaking, climatic chambers are protective structures created with simple insulation panels.
The enclosure envisaged for the test chamber could be applied to an existing housing with the aim of enhancing the visual impact and thus, revamping the image associated with the product.
Alternatively, it could be designed as a single heat insulation enclosure, protecting the core of the machine with insulated sheet panels integrated into an innovative industrial design.
Easy access to the control room was envisaged, including visitors or employees with a physical disability. An overall vision that must govern the way new projects are designed and take into account increasingly relevant issues in the field of industrial machines and machine tools, as well.
