This product showcases the ability of our technical department in finding solutions to our customers’ problems by integrating their knowledge of metalworking, mechanics and component accessories.
In this specific case, we proposed solutions for securing the curved laminated glass panes to an extruded aluminium frame that had been mechanically smoothed, pressed and polished. Meticulous care was taken over the finishes by removing burrs and machining shavings to ensure a perfect aesthetic appearance.
We perfected the assembly stages of these glass doors by replacing the rigid gaskets used previously with elastic sealing gaskets that prevent excessive pressure being placed on the glass, resulting in breakage.
