This climatic test chamber for injectors is an excellent example of safety guards for the automotive sector.

Thanks to the creation of a sophisticated insulated chamber, it was possible to ensure thermal stability inside the protective booth of + 130 °, external wall temperatures under 25° and a reduction in noise emissions to 70 dBA.

ATEX certification

ATEX certification was obtained to guaranteed the health and safety of operators in high risk environments. Detailed study, research and design resulted in the creation of an enclosure in compliance with the ATEX directive, guaranteeing excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.

Safety devices have been designed inside the doors to constantly monitor the optimal parameters of the industrial cabin.

Thermal insulation and visibility

The interior of the machine guarding is fully visible thanks to three layered glass panes with an air cavity that guarantee total visibility, while maintaining thermal insulation.
